ApexFundedTrading operates exclusively as a simulated trading evaluation platform. All user activity takes place within a closed, proprietary environment using virtual capital only. No real money is traded, invested, allocated, or distributed at any time unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

All balances, profits, losses, metrics, and performance data displayed on the platform are entirely simulated and hypothetical. Users do not interact with real financial markets, and no live trading functionality is provided.

The platform functions primarily as a performance tracking and evaluation dashboard, offering analytics and reports based solely on simulated trading activity.

ApexFundedTrading is not a broker, dealer, investment firm, fund manager, or financial advisor. The platform does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, order execution, or access to any real financial instruments or markets.

All services, tools, and content are provided strictly for simulated performance evaluation and educational purposes.

All user actions are processed within an internal simulation system. Users are not granted access to any external or live trading platforms.

All results — including account balances, profits, losses, and performance metrics — are hypothetical and do not reflect real trading outcomes, financial returns, or guaranteed results.

Access to certain simulations or evaluation programs may require payment of a one-time, non-refundable fee. These fees are charged solely for access to ApexFundedTrading's proprietary evaluation technology.

Payment does not represent an investment and does not create any entitlement to funding, payouts, compensation, or financial returns of any kind.

Any references to rewards, funding opportunities, profit splits, or similar incentives are purely discretionary and for simulated performance recognition only.

Certificates issued by ApexFundedTrading represent achievement within the simulated environment and are not financial instruments, securities, or proof of real earnings.

ApexFundedTrading reserves the right to modify, suspend, deny, or revoke any reward, promotion, or benefit at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.

At no point does ApexFundedTrading provide users with real capital, live trading accounts, or access to actual financial markets.

Any terms such as "funded," "capital," "balance," "profit," or "payout" refer strictly to simulated values within the evaluation system and carry no real-world financial meaning.

Use of the platform does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or contractor relationship between the user and ApexFundedTrading. Users participate solely as independent individuals.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ApexFundedTrading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction or through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

ApexFundedTrading reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No funding, payouts, or compensation are guaranteed
• Rewards and certificates reflect simulated achievements only
